  • Payment of a deposit of at least 25% of the total cost of stay confirms your booking.

  • Payment of the balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday and must include a damage deposit (£100). This will be returned approximately one week after the end of your stay provided all is left as it was on your arrival. We reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damage caused during your stay.

  • Upon receipt of your balance and refundable damage deposit, we will give you details of key collection for the start of your holiday
