Cobbles is a peaceful, comfortable and attractively furnished detached house for up to 6 people (self-catering). There is gas central heating, making Cobbles ideal for all year round use. Short breaks are available at certain times of the year. It is an ideal base for a coastal holiday.
Ground Floor
The lounge has two very comfy settees and a large armchair arranged around the fireplace as a central point. There is a television and DVD player for your entertainment.
A conservatory from the lounge leads into the back garden.
The kitchen is well equipped with a range cooker, a fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave plus a large selection of kitchen utensils.
Off the kitchen there is a snug containing a sofa, TV and DVD
The entrance lobby has a cloakroom and the staircase leading to the first floor landing.
First Floor
There are three double bedrooms one with a 6' wide bed, the second with a 5' wide bed and the third with a 4' 6" wide bed.
All beds are made up ready for your arrival and the linen is included in the cost of the rental.
The Bathroom has a bath, a separate shower enclosure, WC and wash handbasin set in a vanity unit and a heated towel rail.
Outside
There is a lovely courtyard garden with mature shrubs and small trees with a feature circular patio.
The front garden has a shingled driveway.
